The Iranian Revolutionary Court has sentenced Mr. Mohammad Tokanian (Amouri) an Al Ahwaz prisoner to an execution on Saturday with the crime of illegal drug trafficking arrested few months ago and prisoned in Al Qanitereh prison of Al Ahwaz province.

The execution of AL Ahwaz citizen will take place on Saturday morning at 8:00 in Ahwaz main market

Mr.Tokanian is 35 years of age and married with children.

The Iranian Revolutionary court has sentenced more than 500 of AL Ahwaz citizens in the port city of Jeron to an execution punishment, and the sentence of 300 has been upheld by the Iran’s Supreme Court.

The international and humanitarian laws totally condemns and prevents the implementation of death execution and the government of Iran considering its total population ranks as the number one nation in the world for such violation.

The government of Iran continues to be a serious violator of all international and humanitarian laws.

The Al Ahwaz human rights organization condemns the unjustifiable sentences of all its citizens, and we request the international community and the human rights organizations   to pressure the government of Iran in order to stop such oppression and injustice actions taken against the innocent citizens of Al Ahwaz.
