Die iranische Regierung vollzog am 28.04.2013 die geheime Hinrichtung von fünf Ahwazi Bürgern im Karun-Gefängnis.
Bei den Hingerichteten handelt es sich um:
Mohamad Al-Sharhani,Heidar Al-Berwaya, Faraj Al-Sharhani Noruz Ayashi und Behader Jalali.
Daraufhin erhielten die Familien der hingerichteten fünf jungen Männer einen Anruf, in dem ihnen die Übergabe der Leichen bekannt gegeben wurde.

Statistiken zufolge steigt die Anzahl der Hinrichtungen im Iran von Jahr zu Jahr drastisch, sodass im Iran bereits seit Jahren im Verhältnis zur Einwohnerzahl weltweit die meisten Hinrichtungen vollzogen werden.

Die Ahwazische Menschenrechtsorganisation AHRO verturteil dieses Verbrechen der iranischen Regierung und sieht es als eindeutigen Verstoß gegen jegliche Menschenrechte und Gesetze.
AHRO fordert von allen Menschenrechtsorganisationen, Druck auf das iranische Regime auszuüben, um solche Verbrechen gegen die ahwazischen Bürger zu stoppen.

The section eight of Ahwaz Karoon prison where the political prisoners are being held witnessed a series of altercations on Wednesday May 8^th,2013 between the Arab AlAhwazi prisoner named Masood Daghlawy with one of the prison officials.

The reliable sources confirmed that the altercations took place after an insult and threat by a prison official toward an Arab AlAhwazi prisoner named Masood Daghlawy. The verbal reaction of the AlAhwazy prisoner to mentioned insults and threats were followed by his torture and transfer to an unknown location. The prisoner has been sentenced to a 8 years prison term for his cultural activities on the social networks and the caricature drawing of Iran’s supreme leader Ali Khamenei.

The 1^st paragraph of 10^th article of the international political and social rights treaty emphasizes on the rights and justifiable treatment of the prisoners by officials, and the governments of Iran have always ignored such international law.

The sources have also reported more tough restrictions by the prison officials for the family visits and also the use of insults toward the prisoner’s families.

بند هشتم زندانيهاي سياسي زندان كارون در روز جهارشنبه(08.05.2013) شاهد درگيريهايي ميان يك زنداني أحوازي بنام مسعود دغلاوي با يك از مسؤولين اين زندان بود.

به گزارش منابع اگاه اين اتفاق زماني رخ داد كه يكي از مسؤولين زندان كارون بدون هيجگونه دليلي اقدام به اهانت و تهديد يكي از زندانيان عرب أحوازي بنام مسعود دغلاوي نموده كه اين اقدام او با واكنش زباني سعيد مواجه شد كه بس از ان مسؤولين ديگر زندان اقدام به شكنجه او كرده انرا از بند هشت به مكان نامعلومي براي شكنجه منتقل كردند.

و با اينكه فقره يك ماده دهم معاهده بين المللي حقوق مدني و سياسي بر حق شخص زنداني شده از برخورداري از رفتار عادلانه و غير اهانت اميز از سوي مسؤولين را تأكيد مي كند اما متأسفانه در كشور ايران اين قوانين رعايت نمي شود.

شايان ذكر است كه مسعود دغلاوي(زنداني عرب أحوازي) سه سال بيش باتهمام تشبيه علي خا منه اي در يك كاريكاتير و فعاليت فرهنگي او در شبكه هاي اجتماعي دستگير و به هشت سال حبس محكوم شده است.

به گفته منابع اكاه: مسؤولين زندان كارون نه تنها زيارة زندانيهاي زندان كارون را دشوار كرده اند بلكه به خانواده هاي اين زندانيان نيز اهانت مي كنند.

 شهد البند الثامن الخاص بالسجناء السياسيين في سجن كارون الواقع في مدينة الأحواز العاصمة يوم أمس الأربعاء(08.05.2013) شجارأ بين السجين الأحوازي مسعود دغاغلة(دغلاوي) و احد مسؤولي السجن بعد ماقام هذا الاخير باهانة السجين و تهديده بالموت(الإعدام) ما اثار غضب السجين بردة فعل مماثلة و هو الامر الذي أدى بضرب السجين و نقله من البند الثامن الى مراكز التعذيب.

وبما أن الفقرة الاولى من المادة العاشرة من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية و السياسية تنص على حق المعاملة الانسانية لجميع المحرومين من حريتهم و احترام كرامتهم الانسانية الا ان السلطات الايرانية لم تلتزم بعد بتطبيق هذه القوانين في سجونها.

و قد القي القبض على المواطن مسعود دغلاوي قبل ثلاثة أعوام و حكم عليه بالسجن ثمانية أعوام و ذلك بتهمة رسمه كاريكاتير للمرشد الايراني خامنه اي و نشاطه الثقافي في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

و في السياق نفسه اشارت المصادر ان العديد من عوائل السجناء يواجهون سوء المعاملة من قبل مسؤولي السجون بشكل متعمد و لم يسمح لهم بزيارة ابنائهم هذا بالاضافة الى ان هؤلاء المسؤولين يقومون باهانة هذه العوائل .

V. Ethnic Minorities

Ahwazi Arabs

33. An informed source reported that social and cultural activist Aref Sorkhi was repeatedly threatened by authorities for his activities and was arrested on 9 February 2011 at his home without a warrant by unknown authorities, and was pepper-sprayed at the time of arrest. The authorities then reportedly confiscated his Arabic books, computer, and cell phone. The interviewee maintained that his family was unaware of the place of his detention for a month and that Mr. Sorkhi was only able to contact his family after four months when he was transferred to Karoun Prison. The source stated that Mr. Sorkhi was charged with “establishing anti-state Arabic groups”, “cooperating with Arab countries in the region”, “disturbing public order”, and “participating in the Arab national movement.” The interviewee alleged that Mr. Sorkhi has been tortured, and reported that he remains in detention and has not yet been sentenced.

34. Mr. Hameed was a student studying in Syria and was arrested on 19 June 2008 during a visit to Iran. He reported that he was arrested at the airport by plainclothes security forces and accused of founding an Arab Ahwaz group in Syria, and of being active against the Islamic Republics. After being interrogated he was released, only to be rearrested in July 2008. He was arrested in his home, blindfolded, handcuffed, and taken to the security office of Ahwaz, where he reported being held in solitary confinement until 6 September 2008. After 10 days of being interrogated he was charged with “propaganda against the Islamic Republic of Iran” and with “contact with the Refagh [Arab Nationalist] Party”. He served two months in detention, during which he was physically assaulted, resulting in a separated retina. He asserted that he did not have adequate access to medical services for his injury. Moreover, Mr. Hameed stated that prison officials demanded he confess to “writing about discrimination against Ahwazi Arabs in an effort to stir up trouble”. He was denied access to a lawyer, and was eventually released on bail.

35. Political and cultural activist and former policeman Nasser Abiat reports that he was arrested twice, first in 2005 by security forces without a warrant. He was allegedly not allowed a lawyer in the Hamidia Court, where he was charged with converting from Shi’a to Sunni Islam and attending anti-regime demonstrations. Pending further investigation by the judge, Mr. Abiat was relegated to solitary confinement for a month in a cell too small to lie down in, during which time he reportedly received inadequate food, was only allowed to shower twice, and was threatened with the rape of his female family members. Mr. Abiat alleges that when he refused to confess following this month, he was confined in Sephedar Prison for an additional month. During his interrogations in detention, Mr. Abiat was reportedly questioned throughout the night, beaten, blindfolded, and threatened with the death penalty and further beatings. Following his month in Sephedar Prison, Mr. Abiat was sentenced to 2 years in prison without a trial or access to a lawyer, but his sentence was overturned on appeal to the Ahwaz Revolutionary Court and replaced with a 2 million tuman fine. He was also demoted two levels in the police corps, suspended for 6 months without pay, not allowed to wear his uniform, and was not allowed to travel within the country without permission from the police. Mr. Abiat was reportedly arrested again in the summer of 2007 while visiting a police station and received a 2 year prison sentence on charges of attending illegal demonstrations. He was allegedly held for 3 days at the police station and 10 days in Sephedar Prison. During his interrogations, Mr. Abiat reports that he was kicked and beaten. He was then sent to a military court in Tehran and was suspended without pay, restricted from provincial travel, not allowed to use his car for 6 months. Two months later, he was dismissed from his job per a decision by the military court. After witnessing the arrest of his cousin in 2007, Mr. Abiat left the country.

Kurds

36. Mohammad Ali Afraza, a Kurdish human rights activist, was arrested in Sanandaj in 2008. He reported that eight security forces arrested him, and beat and verbally abused him. He reported that he was charged with “disrupting social security”, that he was kept in solitary confinement for 21 days, and that he was physically and psychologically tortured. He was reportedly blindfolded during interrogations and threatened with execution. He was eventually taken to the court in Sanandaj Prison where the conditions were reportedly poor. These conditions allegedly included severe overcrowding, and the widespread, consistent torture of prisoners. Mr. Afraza stated that other prisoners were ordered not to speak to him, which he said was psychologically taxing. He was released on bail after five months, tried two months later, and sentenced to four months in prison, with a five year suspended sentence. He alleged that his trial lasted seven minutes and that he was convicted of “spying for sources outside of the country” and with “propaganda and illegal political organizations”. He was released after his trial, and has since left Iran.

37. An informed source reported that s(he) was part of a student organization that informed Kurdish students about their rights as a minority group in Iran. S(he) was suspended by his/her university’s disciplinary committee for one year for participating in a banned student newspaper. The source reported being summoned to the Ministry of Intelligence 11 times between May and June 2010. During these sessions, (s)he was accused of being a separatist, a spy, and of acting against the Supreme Leader. The source reported being blindfolded, verbally abused, and humiliated during these interrogations. (S)he was charged with “Membership in the Democratic Union of Kurdish Students”, “acting against the regime through propagating falsehoods”, “creating public anxiety and disrupting public order through organizing protest demonstrations”, and “interviewing with foreign media”. (S)he was reportedly sentenced to several months in prison, cash fines, and lashes. His/her prison sentence was revoked upon appeal, and (s)he was able to pay a fine in lieu of flogging. (S)he reported that (s)he was denied access to a lawyer. In 2012, the source reported that (s)he was arrested by the Ministry of Intelligence, that (s) he was physically abused during his/her arrest, detained in solitary confinement for three weeks, and interrogated on six separate occasions. During this time the source was again accused of being a spy and a member of Kurdish political parties. (S)he reported that his/her request for a lawyer was mocked and denied, that (s)he was asked to call other Kurdish activists who have been executed “terrorists” during his/her interrogations, and that (s)he was released on excessive bail after approximately three weeks in detention. (S)he has been banned from attending university and believes that (s)he has been blacklisted from finding work. The source has since left Iran.

38. On 3 February 2010 Kaweh Karmanshahi was arrested in Kermanshah by Intelligence authorities. He spent a total of four months in detention, and was held until the end of May 2010. He reported that he spent the first 80 days in solitary confinement, and he stated that he was tortured. He was sentenced to five years in prison (commuted to four on appeal) for “propaganda against the regime” due to writing articles and giving interviews with the media, and for his membership in the organization Human Rights in Kurdistan. He was released on bail (his family’s house) and has since left Iran.  The organization Human Rights in Kurdistan monitors human rights abuses around Iran, particularly in Kurdistan, with a particular focus on political prisoners. The founder of the organization is currently in jail, and other members have been forced to flee the country. Mr. Karmanshahi maintained that like many minorities in Iran, Kurds cannot use their own languages in schools, courts, or government buildings. Mr. Karmanshahi reported that the situation for political prisoners in Iranian Kurdish areas is quite severe, and that there are 20 Kurdish prisoners currently on death row. He reported that many human rights defenders have been secretly executed

The confirmed sources have reported the execution of 5 Arab citizens on Sunday dated April 28^th, 2013 by the Iranian regime at the Karoon prison of Al-Ahwaz. The names of the executed Arab citizens are as following:

1-      Mohammad Sharhani of Al-Ahwaz

2-      Heidar AlBervaieh of Al-Ahwaz

3-      Faraj Sharhani of Al-Ahwaz

4-      Norooz Ayashi (also known as Sadegh) of the village of AlAyashieh on the district of AlAhwaz

5-      Bahador Jalali of the village of AlJalali on the district of Khafajieh

The executed Arab citizens were prisoned at the Karoon Prison of Al-Ahwaz and without any prior notification to their relatives were sentenced to be executed on the early morning of Sunday April 28^th, 2013.

The latest International human rights organizations reports have once again confirmed that the country of Iran based on its population is still being ranked as the number one country in the world for the continuous executions of its citizens.

The Al-Ahwaz human rights organization condemns such actions as they are in clear violation of the International human rights laws and request the international human right organizations to condemn and pressure the government of Iran to stop such criminal actions.

The cities of Al-Ahwaz province witnessed the arbitrary arrest of hundreds of its Arab citizens in April 2013. The reliable reports have confirmed that the regime’s Intelligence and security forces have raided the houses of many innocent Al-Ahwazi Arabs in an attempt to arrest and transfer hundreds of them for investigation and interrogation to the Intelligence service detention centers.   The human rights organizations have only been able to reveal the names of about 105 detainees.

The majority of these arrests were taken place in the province’s capital city of Al-Ahwaz, Khefajiegh, Hamidieh , Howayzeh , Khalifeh, Abadan and Mohammareh un .

The recent arrests were intensified following the peaceful demonstrations in different cities of Al-Ahwaz province in objection to the Iranian regime for its prejudice and discriminatory actions toward the Arab citizens for depriving them to their rights of proper housing, official job opportunities and social security benefits.

The demonstrators also condemn and request an end to the 88 years of illegal seizure of their homeland by the Iranian governments.

The second item of article 9 of the international social and political rights law insist on the immediate notifications of the detainees for the for the reason of their arrest, but despite such law the government of Iran has always ignored the rights of Arab detainees and continues to arrest and held them without any official trial.

The attempts for the arbitrary arrests are always implemented:

1-      Without any prior notifications for the reason of arrest to the detainees

2-      Without any official subpoenas by the government’s forces

3-      Without any proper accusations or reasons for arrest

The Al-Ahwazi human rights organization condemns such arbitrary arrests and it is clearly the violation of the International human rights laws and requests the immediate release of the innocent Al-Ahwaz detainees

بنابر گزارشات رسيده از منابع اگاه ، پنج تن از شهروندان عرب در بامداد روز يکشنبه (28.04.2013 ) 8ارديبهشت سال جاري توسط رزيم ايران در زندان كارون بطور سري بدار اويخته شدند. اسامي اعدام شدگان عبارتند از:

1.محمد شرهاني ساکن شهر الاحواز پايخت

انان که در زندان کارون بازداشت بوده اند و بدون اطلاع خانواده ها و بستگانشان در روز يكشنبه 28.04.2013 به چوبه دار آويخته شدند.

براساس گزارشهاي سازمانهاي جهاني حقوق بشر در بررسي اعدام هاي صورت گرفته در جهان ، ايران بر اسا مقياس جمعيت همجنان سالهاست كه بطور بي در بي مقام اول در جهان دارا مي باشد.

سازمان أحوازي حقوق بشر بامحكوم كردن اين اعدامها كه انرا نقض اشكاري در قوانين بين المللي و حقوق بشر مي شمارد از سازمانهاى حقوق بشر جهانى ميخواهد كه با محكوم كردن و اعمال  فشار  اينگونه جنايتهاى رژيم ايران را از انجام بيشتر اينگونه جنايتها متوقف سازند.

نقلت مصادر أحوازية مؤثقة أن السلطات الايرانية قامت بتنفيذ حكم الاعدام بحق خمسة مواطنين أحوازيين سرأ في سجن كارون و ذلك في يوم الأحد الموافق 28.04.2013 و هم:

1.محمد الشرهاني،من سكان مدينة الأحواز العاصمة تم اعدامه في يوم 28.04.2013 في سجن كارون سرأ على يد السلطات الايرانية .

2.حيدر البرواية،من سكان مدينة الأحواز العاصمة تم اعدامه في يوم 28.04.2013 في سجن كارون سرأ على يد السلطات الايرانية.

3.فرج شرهاني بن شايع،من سكان منطقة سيد كريم و تم اعدامه في 28.04.2013 في سجن كارون سرأ على يد السلطات الايرانية.

4.نوروز عياشي ملقب ابصادق يسكن قرية العييايشة التبعة لمدينة الأحواز العاصمة،اعدم في 28.04.2013 على يد السلطات الايرانية في سجن كارون سرأ.

5.بهادر جلالي من سكان قرية الجلالية التابعة لمدينة الخفاجية،اعدم في 28.04.2013 على يد السلطات الايرانية في سجن كارون سرأ.

و ذكرت تلك المصادر ان السلطات الايرانية قامت بالاتصال هاتفيأ بذوي المعدومين الخمسة لتسليم جثثهم بعد ماقامت باعداهم سرأ و دون علم ذويهم.

و وفقأ للتقارير الدولية الانسانية ان تنفيذ احكام الاعدام في ايران تزداد سنويأ بشكل مخيف و هو الامر الذي بات يقلق المنظمات الانسانية الدولية الرسمية منها و غير الرسمية حتى اصبحت ايران منذ سنوات تحتل المركز الأول عالميأ مقارنة بعدد سكانها في تنفيذ مثل هذه الجرائم.

و تدين المنظمة الأحوازية لحقوق الانسان هذه الجريمة التي قامت بها السلطات الايرانية معتبرة ذلك بانه خرقأ واضحأ للقوانين الانسانية و الدولية و تطالب المنظمة كافة المنظمات الانسانية بالضغط على النظام الايراني لوقف مثل هذه الجرائم بحق المواطنين الأحوازيين.

بنابه گزارشهاي منابع اگاه ، نيروهاي امنيتي و اطلاعات رژيم ايران در ماه ابريل با حمله به خانه هاي مردمان بي گناه عرب أحوازي بيش از صدتن از اين هموطنان را دستگير وبه زندانهاي وزارت اطلاعات جهت تخقيق و بازبرسي منتقل كرده اند كه در اين ميان سازمان أحوازي حقوق بشر توانسته است اسامي 105 تن از انان را تهيه نمايد.

بيشتر اين دستگيريها در شهرهايي جون ألأحواز بايتخت،خفاجية،حميدية،حويزة،خلفية،عبادان و محمرة و ... رخ داد.

اين دستگيريها زماني شدت يافت كه شهرهاي مختلف أحواز در اين ماه شاهد تظاهرات مسالمت اميزي عليه سياستهاي نژاد برستانه رژيم ايران بر ساكنان اصلي اين سرزمين (عرب أحوازي) در حق مسكن و حق استخدام و كار در شركتهاي دولتي و خدمات اجتماعي شد.

همجنين تظاهر كنندگان با محكوم كردن وجود غير شرعي ايران بر سرزمينشان كه 88 سال از ان مي گذرد خواستار بايان دادن به اين تجاوز شده اند.

شايان ذكر است كه با توجه به فقره 2 ماده 9 قانون( ميثاق) بين المللي حقوق مدني و سياسي كه بر إبلاغ هر جه سريعتر جرم بازداشت شدگان و زندانيان تأكيد ميكند اما متأسفانه كشور ايران با رعايت نكردن اين قوانين همجنان زندانيان را بدون تكليف روانه زندان مي كند.

ناگفته نماند كه اين دستگيرها به صورتهاي زيل صورت گرفت :

1.بدون صدور هيجگونه اخطارية به دستگير شدكان قبل از دستكيريشان

2.بدون مجوز قانوني از طرف دستگاههاي زيربط

3.بدون توجيه هيج نوع تهمتي اقدام به دستگيري انها كرده اند.

سازمان أحوازي حقوق بشر با محكوم كردن اين دستگيريها انها را مخالف و ناقض قوانين بين المللي و حقوق بشر دانسته خواستار أزادي هرجه سريعتر زندانيان أحوازي مي باشد.
