The reliable sources have confirmed the secret trial of three AlAhwazi citizens by the Iranian Intelligence service at the Ahwaz Intelligence Service headquarters. They were transferred to the Ahwaz Intelligence center on 11/11/2012 and were tried with the condemned by fabricated accusations. The mentioned prisoners were not allowed to defend themselves and were tried by the Intelligence service members just by the showing of a video clip of unidentified explosions with no clear date or exact location of explosions.

The Iranian Intelligence Service by the use of torture forced the detainees in making a fabricated confession .The government is planning to broadcast the videos of confessions on the English language government controlled Press TV.
The Iranian official and semiofficial media have also reported the arrest of 12 more Arab AlAhwazi citizens and clearly they will also be unjustifiably sentenced.

The three detainees are:
1. Mr. Ali Chishat(Kaebi) 46 years old from the city of Shoosh of AlAhwaz Province was arrested during a raid to his house by the Iranians Intelligence Service.

2. Mr.S.Yasin Mousavi , 34 years old and married with children was also arrested during a raid on his house on 11.11.2012 and taken to an unknown location by the Iranian Security forces.

3. Mr.Salman Chayan(Kaebi) ,32 years old married with a child from the city of Shoosh of AlAhwaz province was arrested during a raid on his house on 11.11.2012 and taken to an unknown location by the Iranian Security forces.

The Al Ahwazi human rights organization condemns injustifiable sentences all Arab prisoners , and we request the international community and the human rights organizations   to pressure the government of Iran in order to stop such oppression and injustice actions taken against the innocent citizens of Al Ahwaz.
